How it Works

Click4Pandit is dedicated to enabling people to get the Right Puja experience by connecting customers with the Right Pandit and delivering the Puja Samagri at the doorstep a day before Puja. Here is how the app goes, step by step

Step 1

Download and register with Click4Pandit app.

Customer downloads the app from play store/app store, opens it and registers using phone number and other details and enters the home page of the Puja app.

Step 2

Select the Location, Language, Puja, Date & Time

Then selects Puja from the menu; enters location in autocomplete box; chooses preferred language; finds the exact Puja; fixes booking date and time from the date picker.

Step 3

Select the Package

On the next step customer chooses the Puja package from ‘Starter’, ‘Basic’ & ‘Ultimate’ options.

Step 4

Payment

Completes the payment process either through Card option or through multiple payment methods like UPI and Wallet.

Step 5

Verification and Confirmation by Click4Pandit Team

A verification call is conducted to recheck the date, time, address and alter any priority of Puja.

Step 6

Samagri Delivered to your Doorstep

All the Puja Samagri are checked and delivered one day before to the customer by the Click4Pandit team.

Step 7

Puja Performed by Pandit

Arriving at the Customer’s place well before time, the Pandit arranges everything together neatly and starts the Puja on time.

Step 8

Reviews & Ratings

After all is done, both the Pandit and Customer share their reviews, leave comments and rate the Puja service.
